  • Who This is For

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, perceptive, and used to making sense of things on their own. And yet something here feels harder to untangle than usual.

    It might look like:

    • Realizing they may be neurodivergent, or coming to terms with a late diagnosis
    • In relationships where differences in communication or processing are creating strain
    • Stepping into caregiving roles or other life transitions they didn’t fully choose
    • Navigating the aftermath of religious or spiritual systems that shaped them

They’re often looking not just for insight, but for a way forward that actually works in their daily lives. This is often where the journey begins.

Over time, we start to make clearer sense of how you move through your life.

Because often the question isn’t just: How do I cope with this? It’s: Why does this feel the way it does? What part of this is actually mine? And what would it look like to live in a way that fits me better than this?

From there, we work toward something more tangible:

    • Clarity about what you want and need
    • Better communication in your relationships
    • Roles that feel sustainable instead of depleting

    Areas of Focus

    Neurodivergence and Late Identification

Support for autistic and neurotypical adults, including those exploring or understanding a neurodivergent identity later in life. This work often includes identity, communication, sensory needs, and navigating environments that may not fit.

    Mixed-Neurotype Couples

For couples navigating differences in communication, emotional processing, and expectations. The focus is on increasing understanding and building ways of relating that work for both partners.

Religious Trauma & High Control Environments

Support for those processing the impact of spiritual abuse, cult dynamics, or restrictive belief systems—often involving rebuilding self-trust, autonomy, and personal meaning.

Life Transitions, Caregiving, & Identity Shifts

For people moving through significant changes—whether gradual or sudden—and trying to find a way to stay connected to themselves while adapting to new roles.

You don’t have to have a clear explanation for why things feel off. Gradually, it starts to make more sense and feel more workable.
