  • Clinical Supervision for Oregon Registered Associates

Supporting thoughtful, nontraditional therapists in building sustainable, values-aligned careers

I’m a licensed professional counselor and registered clinical supervisor in Oregon. I provide virtual individual and small-group supervision for Oregon counselor associates seeking a reflective, grounded, and collaborative supervisory relationship.

Having started in this field as a second career, I especially enjoy working with associates who bring lived experience, curiosity, and a desire to build an ethical, sustainable professional identity.

We might be a good match if…

    • You work with neurodivergent adults or mixed neurotype couples
    • You want supervision that balances ethical standards with nuanced clinical thinking
    • You’re seeking guidance while building a practice that aligns with your life and values
    • You value reflective, thoughtful discussion in supervision while understanding that accountability and professional standards are part of the process

    Supervision with Me

My supervision is particularly helpful for clinicians working with:

    • Neurodivergent adults
    • Mixed neurotype couples
    • Relational dynamics
    • Burnout, life transitions, or changes in clinical role or setting

While we often work with neurodivergent adults and mixed neurotype couples, supervision is open to any associate earning LPC hours who seeks growth in clinical skills, ethics, and compliance.
